FERPA and What it Means for You

Under The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, more commonly known as FERPA, universities are unable to disclose specific educational information without the release of information from the student. Full details regarding Tulane and adherence to FERPA can be found here.  

Release of Information Form

As mentioned above, under federal law, we are prohibited from discussing specific academic information unless we have a release of information form signed by the student. Without this document, we can only discuss general university policies and procedures. You may download a copy of our Release of Information Form here.

Office of Financial Aid

Funding a college education can be a confusing subject. Fortunately our Office of Financial Aid is here to help answer any questions you may have about grants, scholarships, and loans to help fund your student's education. Accounts Receivable is available to answer any questions you may have regarding billing, tuition, and fees, as well as payment options and tax information.
