Signing Electronic Forms

These are the allowed methods for signing electronic forms. Please choose one of the these methods prior to submitting the forms. If you have any question, please reach out to your NTC Academic Advisor

Use “email” signature:
  1. Type your name in the text “signature” field.
  2. Save the document.
  3. Attach the document to an email from your Tulane email account. Your Tulane email account acts as a digital signature.
  1. Print the document.
  2. Sign the printed copy.
  3. Scan the document.
  4. Attach scan to an email.
